DEGRESORT AMUSEMENT PARK RIDER REGULATIONS
- General Conduct
- All guests must comply with park rules, safety instructions, and directives from park staff.
- Offensive behaviour, public indecency, violence, or harassment of any kind is strictly prohibited.
- Alcoholic beverages, drugs, and any form of intoxication are not allowed within the park.
- Littering is not permitted. Dispose of waste in provided bins.
- Ticketing and Entry
- Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket or season pass.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
- Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased, except in special cases approved by park management.
- Health & Safety Requirements
- Riders must be in good health. Guests with the following conditions are strongly advised not to participate in high-intensity rides:
- Heart conditions
- Pregnancy
- Recent surgeries
- Back or neck issues
- Face masks and hand sanitization may be required during disease outbreak alerts (e.g., Lassa fever, COVID-19).
- Ride Restrictions
- Riders must meet the minimum height, age, and weight requirements posted at each ride entrance.
- Loose articles such as phones, wallets, scarves, and jewelry must be secured or stored before riding.
- Seat belts, harnesses, and safety bars must be fastened properly before the ride begins. Follow instructions from ride operators at all times.
- Do not attempt to stand up, unbuckle, or exit a ride until instructed to do so.
- Dress Code
- Modest and comfortable clothing is required.
- Footwear must be worn at all times (except on designated water rides).
- Swimwear is only allowed in water zones and must be appropriate for a family-friendly environment.
- Special Needs & Accessibility
- Persons with disabilities are encouraged to consult with the guest services office for ride suitability and accessibility support.
- Companion assistance may be required for certain rides.
- Prohibited Items
The following items are not allowed inside the park:
- Weapons or sharp objects
- Glass containers
- Outside food and beverages (except baby food or approved dietary items)
- Drones or unauthorized photography equipment
- Fireworks or flammable materials
- Emergency Protocols
- In case of an emergency, remain calm and follow staff instructions.
- Emergency exits and first aid stations are clearly marked.
- Medical assistance is available on-site during operating hours.
- Enforcement & Liability
- Park staff have the authority to remove guests who violate these regulations without a refund.
- The park is not liable for loss or damage of personal property.
- Guests enter the park and use the rides at their own risk
