While we strive to maintain the highest levels of safety and operation, rides may be temporarily shut down for unscheduled maintenance, weather disruptions, or safety audits without prior notice.

2. Physical Health & Fitness Warning

Participation in amusement park rides, water slides, and mini zoo encounters involves inherent physical risks. Guests are responsible for assessing their own physical fitness and that of their children before participating. Consult a physician if you have pre-existing medical conditions (e.g., heart disorders, epilepsy, pregnancy, high blood pressure).

3. Loss of Personal Property

Degresort Amusement Park provides complimentary lockers and secure storage areas near major rides. We accept absolute zero liability for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings, including mobile phones, cameras, wallets, or jewelry brought into ride queues or zoo enclosures.

4. Live Animal Attractions

Our Mini Zoo features live, wild, and exotic animals. While all animals are housed in secure, professionally supervised enclosures, visitors must obey all safety barriers. Do not feed, tease, or approach the animal fences. Degresort is not liable for injuries resulting from guest misconduct or violation of safety rules.
